Anyone over the age of 18 can train at Sculpt, regardless of fitness level. We welcome people of all ages, body shapes, and abilities.
Our packages start from $700 onwards depending on which package you’re interested in!
Our packages include tracking of progress by coaches, customised diet plans, customised workout plans and 1 theory lesson on everything you need to know to kickstart your weight loss journey with us!
We are located at Grassroots Club, very near Yio Chu Kang MRT. We are in the progress of expanding so that we can better cater to everyone on the island.
We focus on weight loss and results are a guarantee. We do not keep clients for more than 4 months unless they choose to graduate to other available programmes once they’ve reached their fitness goals.

You don’t have to be fit to train with us — you train with us to get fit! Sculpt is suitable for complete beginners.
We promise you’ll be totally fine — however out of shape you think you are, we promise that we have members (and even trainers) who started in worse shape than you. If you’re still not sure, feel free to drop in for a guided tour of the gym — we always have someone on hand to answer whatever questions you have. You can even observe an ongoing session to get an idea of what Sculpt is like.
This is a tricky question and depends on your fitness level and ability to commit. Generally, three times per week is a good place to start, with a rest day in between each training day, and you can make adjustments from there depending on how you feel. You'll realize that as your body adapts and gets stronger, you can also recover faster, meaning you can increase your training frequency if you so desire. If you want to train every day, that's fine, but we recommend that you talk to our coaches about how to personalize this by varying the intensity, so you don't over-train.
While a lot of our clients do see aesthetic improvements pretty quickly, we're not in the business of offering quick-fix solutions, and aesthetic improvements are only one portion of the complex equation. We don't want you to get too hung up on the number you see on your scales every morning, which can fluctuate for all sorts of reasons. Just try to do a little bit better every time you come for a session. Focus on the journey, not the destination.
To gain lots of muscle mass, you need to train in a very specific way, and you have to lift a lot of weight. If you train consistently at Sculpt, you'll get in extremely good shape, but we're not training you to be a strength athlete or bodybuilder. Combining resistance training with the cardiovascular and cardiorespiratory demands of HIIT will make you efficient, strong, durable and lean, but it won't leave you looking like The Hulk - you'll probably end up closer to the athleticism of a kickboxer. However, if you are interested in bulking up certain muscle groups, our coaches can help you do that – just ask!
Absolutely not. Unlike most other gyms, none of our staff have sales quotas or work on a commission basis, so there's no financial incentive for them to give you the hard sell. At no point will you end up in a 'member services' office (we don't have one) or be offered any type of 'one time only' deal. We don't believe in all that nonsense.
Unfortunately, the Free Trial is strictly one-to-one. There’s no one-size-fits-all to fitness: everyone needs different guidance based on their own training and injury history, and everyone learns to perform the workouts we do at Sculpt at different rates. Ensuring that each person that trains at Sculpt starts off with some dedicated one-on-one time with a coach ensures that everyone receives the best, and safest, experience possible.While you can’t do the free trial with a friend, you are more than welcome to train together in future sessions!
